e-Food: Online Food Ordering & Delivery App

The application is divided into two platforms:

1. e-Food (Customer App) – For food ordering.
2. e-Food Delivery – For delivery personnel.

Each app has a dedicated interface and features.

Customer App (e-Food)

• Registration & Login: Users can sign up using their name, phone number, email, and password. OTP verification is required. Forgot password option available. Guests can browse without logging in.
• Home Page: Displays selected branch, search bar, daily offers, categorized menu, and dine-in-exclusive items. Users can switch branches and view locations on Google Maps. Popular and discounted items are highlighted.
• Favorites: Lists saved favorite items.
• Shopping Cart: Displays selected items, estimated delivery time, and an option to apply discount vouchers.
• Checkout: Includes customer details, delivery options (home delivery or branch pickup), preferred delivery time, and multiple payment methods (COD, in-app wallet, PayPal, etc.). Users can add delivery notes.
• Orders: Tracks ongoing and past orders, showing delivery status, payment details, and order summary. Users can review and rate food and delivery service.
• Settings: Includes profile management, theme selection (Light/Dark mode), in-app wallet, order tracking, notifications, saved addresses, chat support, discount vouchers, language options, and app policies.

Delivery App (e-Food Delivery)

• Registration & Login: Delivery personnel must register with their details, ID type (passport/driver’s license), and verification via OTP.
• Home Page: Displays active orders with options to view details, contact the customer, or start delivery via Google Maps navigation.
• Order History: Lists completed deliveries with details.
• Profile: Allows editing personal details, changing app themes, and accessing app policies.
